  • Porcelain gallbladder: calcified gallbladder on abdominal radiograph due to scarring caused by chronic cholelithiasis/cholecystitis.
  • Requires cholecystectomy due to association with gallbladder carcinoma.
  • Courvoisier’s gallbladder: enlarged, palpable nontender gallbladder with jaundice.
  • Associated with cancer of the head of the pancreas.
